Techlog Quanti.Elan
Experience enhanced control and detailed analysis with the new Techlog™ Quanti.Elan feature, which outputs the distribution of activated input parameters, end points, and variables during Monte Carlo analysis. This user-activated feature enables you to manage your data processing and storage needs effectively. By combining this with output volume fraction distribution, you can conduct comprehensive Monte Carlo analyses for uncertainty assessment, model sensitivity, scenario and trend analysis, and parameter optimization. The distribution is saved as an array, with columns corresponding to the Monte Carlo cycles, ensuring thorough and organized data management.
Techlog K.mod
Techlog K.mod now efficiently handles network structure changes after the learn process has been run. If modifications occur—such as changing variables in the inputs tab, adjusting learning datasets, or altering input logs, neural units, or layers in the structure tab—the system disables the “Learn” and “Apply” options to ensure consistency. These safeguards ensure learning integrity and prevent the model from being run on an outdated network structure, and a warning will notify you that a reset is required before proceeding.
Python
→Workflow versions in the Techlog Python editor now adhere to Semantic Versioning 2.0.0., saved workflows now support these versions, and check for compatibility with the major workflow version. Old workflows are still supported.
Swap mode—usability improvement
→The swap mode icon now appears only when swap mode is activated.
→Templates are automatically created when swap mode is activated.
→You can now apply swap mode to a single well histogram, a single well crossplot, a single well LogView, or any combination of these plots.
Histogram
Display quantile:
→Display user-defined quantile values as a baseline in the histogram.
→Option to define a quantile value or display a variable value.
LogView
Trendline
→In the LogView, option to compute a regression, global, or on the selected points, from a trendline.
→Review of the ribbon when the trendline is selected.
Multiwell plots
User experience (UX) improvement of the well list:
→Option to clear a well from the multi-well well list.
→Collapse well list by default in multiwell plots.
→Well list status is kept by default or can be kept in the application’s memory.
Techlog™ wellbore software has been continually developed and tested for the past 20 years. The result is industry-leading wellbore-centric software that is faster, easier, and more reliable.
This release continues our journey toward greater reliability, extensibility, quality, and a better user experience delivering:
→Important new updates for Python, Swap mode, Histogram and logView.
→On the domain side, our efforts to advance the capabilities of Techlog petrophysics, and Techlog Quanti.Elan persist, ensuring that these crucial components continue to evolve with the latest technological enhancements and user requirements.
