Webinar: Integrated Stress Analysis for Field Development
Geomechanical modeling has progressed over the past four decades from the basic pore-pressure fracture gradient to fully coupled numerical 3D and 4D models. In parallel, the technology for wellbore measurements and related interpretation has also evolved in determining horizontal stress direction, stress magnitudes, and regime. Technology and workflows will be reviewed for a fully integrated analysis of stress, incorporating advanced sonic anisotropy and borehole images to provide a step-change in consistent borehole stress characterization for the calibration of any type of model, in any type of geological environment.
